Dear Exhibitors,
We have been meticulously monitoring the political developments in Nepal in order to make a prudent assessment of holding the 11th GAI FBH 2025 in early November. We have decided to postpone the 11th GAI Food & Beverage and Hospitality 2025 until further notice after consulting political analysts and the Home Ministry District Administration. There is a high possibility of political disturbances and security risk during the presently scheduled days of November 5-8th, 2025. Thus, in order to safeguard the interest of exhibitors and to ensure ideal operation of FBH expo, the dates of the event is postponed. We regret for any inconvenience that may be caused by the postponement but it saves the exhibitors and the exhibition from further harm caused by potential political disturbances and violence.
